INTERNATIONAL BODYBUILDING AND FITNESS FESTIVAL

1. PURPOSE OF THE EVENT
The purpose of the Physique Sports Festival is the promotion of bodybuilding and fitness.
During the festival we organize trade and the contest under the name : “NPC Champions Cup – Pro Qualifier”

3. DATE AND EVENT VENUE
October 23-25, 2020
Contest participants arrive on October 23, 2020 (Friday) and report to the competition office located in the venue from 11.00 am to 08:00 pm.
If a competitor participates in several categories (day after day), they should report for verification for all contests in the same time.

ATTENTION: People aged over 18 may take part in the competition (determined by the birth year). In the case of the 2020 Festival, the participation is allowed for people born in 2002 or earlier.
Anyone who gets registered on the website of the Physique Sports Festival – www.IFBBPRO.com.pl within the registration period set by the organizer and will be positively verified on the day of the contest can participate in “NPC Champions Cup – Pro Qualifier”.
Competitors of all federations, affiliated and non-affiliated competitors, Polish citizens and foreigners with the start permission granted during the verification by the organizer can take part in “NPC Champions Cup – Pro Qualifier”. Competitors with professional status and holders of the IFBB Pro League card may not participate in this contest.
Category True Beginners is open to all people who start participation in bodybuilding or fitness contests in the year 2020. Those who have never competed in bodybuilding and fitness contests as well as those who debut in 2020 can participate in category True Beginners.
Competitors who will violate this rule will be disqualified.
Category Junior is open to all people up to 23 years of age (determined by the birth year). In the case of the 2020 Festival, the participation in Juniors category is allowed for people born in year 1997 or later.
Category Masters is open to all people over 35 years of age (determined by the birth year). In the case of the 2020 Festival, the participation in Masters category is allowed for people born in year 1985 or earlier.
Category Novice is open to all people who never won OVERALL category in NPC contest.
NOTE! For organizational reasons in connection with sanitary regulations, the number of competitors participating in the “NPC Champions Cup – Pro Qualifier” could be limited to 200 people in each day of the contest. This limitation have been introduced due to the sanitary regime. Once these numbers of registered competitors are achieved, the registration form on the website becomes inactive.
The registration for participation can be made only via the website: www.IFBBPRO.com.pl .
The deadline for submitting entries for the contests is October 20, 2020. After this date, applications lists and registration on websites will be closed.
Registration of the contests participants through the website is required to enter a participant on the start list.
Competitors participating in NPC Champions Cup – Pro Qualifier can compete in many classes (crossover).
The competition will be judged by a panel of at least five judges certified by NPC / IFBB Pro League from the USA and Europe.
7. VERIFICATION OF THE ATHLETES
The verification of competitors (check-in) will take place in the venue between 11.00 am and 08.00 pm on Friday, 23 October.
The condition for a positive verification on the day of the contest or a day before the contest is that the competitor is in a “decent” condition. People who are negatively verified during verification by a minimum of 2 verifying judges may not be allowed to start. In such case, the competitor does not bear any costs associated with registration. The judging panel may not allow a competitor who is not prepared to start if he / she does not have an identity document, competition outfit and a USB flash drive with a recording for a freestyle program (if required in a given division).
All persons reported for the verification (check-in) should have:
– an identification document,
– a competition outfit,
– a USB flash drive with a recording for a freestyle program if required in a given division (the recording should be recorded as the first, the USB flash drive should be signed and checked after recording by the competitor)
– a printed-out confirmation of the entry fee payment
– a printed-out confirmation of the registration at the competition website (confirmation of the registration form submission).
Confirmations in electronic form displayed on mobile phones will also be accepted.
Each competitor has the right to compete in many classes in the contest.
The following entry fees paid by a competitor :
1. The first selected category in Juniors or Masters or True Beginners or Novice division 75euro/ the second selected category 25euro
2. The first selected category in division with pro card (OPEN) 200euro/ the second selected category in division with pro card 50 euro

The transfer description should include the name and surname of the competitor for whom the fee is paid and the exact name of the category/ division for which the payment is made (e.g. “John Smith, contest entry fee – Champion Cup PRO Qualifier).
The entry fee for participation in the competition must be paid during registration or before the registration of a competitor on the website www.IFBBPRO.com.pl or www.FestiwalSportowSylwetków.pl (of your choice) or in cash on site during check-in.
Competitors who have made a payment in the form of a bank transfer are kindly asked to bring a print-out confirming the transfer for verification. Confirmations in electronic form displayed on mobile phones will also be accepted.
If a competitor has paid the entry fee, but due to unforeseeable reasons (illness, injury, etc.) could not take part in the competition, such person has the right to ask the competition promoter for entry fee refund. Each such case will be considered by the organizer individually. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to refund the entry fee if no justified reason for resignation has been presented.
The entry fee is not refundable if the competitor withdraws from the start after verification or if the competitor is late to start in his class.
At verification, each competitor will receive a wristband, which they must wear throughout the event. This band is an entry pass to the hall and the backstage. In addition, competitors are required to comply with the rules set out in the “Order Regulations” for competitors, published in a separate tab on the competition website.
8. DIVISIONS AND CATEGORIES/CLASSES
The competition will be judged and held in accordance with the rules of the NPC Worldwide federation in all divisions and physique classes. Judging rules and the list of classes can be found in the relevant tab on the competition website.

– Women’s Fitness: open or up to 160 cm, above 160 cm
– Women’s Figure: up to 163 cm, up to 168 cm, over 168 cm
– Women’s Bikini: up to 155 cm, up to 159 cm, up to 163 cm, up to 166 cm, up to 170 cm, over 170 cm
– Women’s Wellness: open or up to 163 cm and above 163 cm
– Women’s Physique: open or up to 168 cm, above 168cm
– Men’s Physique: up to 170 cm, up to 173 cm, up to 175 cm, up to 180 cm, up to 183 cm, over 183 cm
– Men’s Classic Physique: up to 175 cm and over 175 cm or up to 170 cm, up to 178 cm, up to 183 cm, over 183 cm
– Men’s Bodybuilding: up to 65 kg, up to 70 kg, up to 75 kg, up to 80 kg, up to 90 kg, up to 102 kg and over 102 kg
If there are less than five competitors in any weight or height class, the class will be combined with a higher weight / height class. The organizer reserves the right to create more height or weight classes, if required by the number of competitors.
The number of weight and height classes will be announced immediately after the verification of all competitors.

FINAL EVENT SCHEDULE AND THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE NUMBER OF CLASSES IN INDIVIDUAL DIVISIONS WILL BE APPROVED AFTER VERIFICATION AND IMMEDIATELY PROVIDED TO COMPETITORS, JUDGES AND ORGANIZERS.
10. COMPETITORS REGISTRATION
Competitors will compete for:
☆ 10 sponsored participations in the Amateur Olympia in the USA and Europe, Amateur Arnold Classic USA and in the PRO Qualifier series in Europe
☆ Qualification for the NPC “ATHLETICON” World Championship
☆ Prizes worth 100,000 PLN funded by partners of the Festival
☆ Prestigious championship titles of the NPC Worldwide federation
12. ORDER REGULATIONS
Note! For aesthetic reasons and to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the facility where the sports event is organized, all competitors taking part in contests may only use non-marking (hard-wearing) bronzer tans. Therefore, the organizer recommends using only products officially approved and used in major federations (IFBB Professional League / NPC Worldwide).
Professional spray tanning services will be available at the competition. The service will be provided by company SKLEPZAWODNIKA.PL product’s Pro Tan and Jan Tana of your choice. You can book tanning services via the competition or festival website at www.IFBBPRO.com.pl or www.FestiwalSportowSylwetkowych.pl (of your choice) or by e-mail to email@example.com or by sending a text message to +48 604 414 123, with the request and the first and last name of the competitor, start class and contest title.
13. ARRIVAL AND ACCOMMODATION
Competition participants travel at their own expense. They book and cover the cost of accommodation individually.
14. FINAL PROVISIONS
Disputes arising during the competition and not covered by these Regulations shall be resolved by the competition promoter with the participation of the main judge and possibly a representative of the NPC / IFBB Pro League.
