▪︎ Competitors will be checked in according to the above hourly schedule for each division. Athletes who come earlier will have to wait until we have completed the check-in of all competitors who came in at the designated times for their divisions.
▪︎ If a competitor cannot come to check-in within the designated times for his division (flight delay, problems with arrival, etc.), he should come at a later time (not earlier !). However, this may be associated with a longer wait for your check-in.
▪︎ If an athlete competes in two divisions simultaneously, he / she is cross-checked simultaneously for both divisions at the times provided for one of them. In this situation, the athlete decides on the check-in time.

THE COMPETITION RULES
NPC POLAND NATURAL REGIONAL QUALIFIER RULES
1. NPC WORLDWIDE NATURAL REGIONAL QUALIFIER competitions are ONLY intended for competitors who have never used substances and methods prohibited in NPC Natural competitions, which are on the list: “SUBSTANCES & METHODS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES“
2. Competitors taking part in the NPC WORLDWIDE NATURAL REGIONAL QUALIFIER competition should not use, in the past or currently, hormonal agents included in the “SUBSTANCES & METHODS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES” list, even if they take them due to a disease (chronic or incidental), under the supervision of a doctor and in accordance with his recommendations. Therefore, people using “Hormone Replacement Therapy” (HRT) cannot participate in the NPC Natural competition.
▪︎ The only exception to this rule are athletes with chronic thyroid dysfunction or chronic pancreatic dysfunction, i.e. taking thyroid hormones or insulin under the supervision of a specialist and having full medical documentation of their disease.
▪︎ Each such case MUST be reported before starting the online registration for the competition and REQUIRES written consent issued by the competition office.
▪︎ If the competitor has ever taken any hormonal drugs or substances, drugs or substances affecting the hormonal balance or other substances that are not 100% certain that they are allowed for use before and during natural bodybuilding competitions of the NPC Worldwide (e.g. has ever used or is using: ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, peptides, prohormones, DHEA, diuretics, strong stimulants/mixtures, substances that accelerate fat burning, etc.), he/she is OBLIGED to notify the competition office about this (by writing two messages to: [email protected] and WhatsApp +48 602 650 291) before the start of online registration for the competition. Such a competitor, after a written notification, may obtain written confirmation from the competition office that the drug or substance used by him/her in the past or currently is not prohibited for use before or during natural bodybuilding competitions of the NPC Worldwide.
3. All participants of the NPC WORLDWIDE NATURAL REGIONAL QUALIFIER competition are included to a testing program regarding the possibility of using PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES before and during the NPC Natural competition. This does not mean that all competitors will be subjected to a polygraph test and/or urine sample testing before, during or after the competition.
4. All competitors taking part in NPC Natural competitions may be subjected to a polygraph test and/or a urine sample test by the commission performing such tests (Testing Agency) commissioned and under the control of the NPC Worldwide federation.
5. Polygraph tests and urine sample tests and their results are comissioned and strictly controlled by the authorities of the NPC Worldwide federation. Therefore, only the testing commission (Testing Agency) and the NPC Worldwide federation office have access to the test results. The NPC Natural competition organizer has no access to the test results, is not informed about their results during the competition and has no effect on the test procedure. The competition organizer does not inform competitors subjected to tests about their results. The office of the NPC Worldwide world federation has the exclusive right to provide information on how the tests are conducted, their procedures and test results.
6. All division Overall Winners and Open Class Winners are subject to a mandatory polygraph test:

7. The following athletes may also be subject to a polygraph test and/or urine sample test:
▪︎ competitors selected randomly by the testing committee (Testing Agency)
▪︎ competitors indicated by the Head Judge of the competition
▪︎ competitors selected randomly during registration and athlete’s check-in
8. Competitors are informed personally that they have been selected for the test by the official representative of NPC Worldwide and/or a representative of the test commission (Testing Agency).
9. Each athlete registered online for the NPC Natural competition is obliged, during the Friday check-in of athletes, to sign a consent and a declaration obliging him to voluntarily undergo a polygraph test and a urine sample test at the place and date indicated to the athlete by the competition organizer or the head of the competition office or the test commission (Test Agency).
10. Polygraph tests and urine sample tests can be performed from Friday, May 9, from 8:00 p.m. (beginning of the athlete’s check-in), until Sunday, May 11, at 7:00 p.m. (end of the competition).
11. Failure to undergo a polygraph test and/or urine sample test (regardless of the reason) at the time and place indicated to the competitor by the competition organizer and/or the test commission (Testing Agency) is tantamount to finding that the competitor has used substances or methods prohibited during the NPC Natural competition. Therefore, such a competitor will be subject to all sanctions and penalties provided for in the federation regulations “NPC Worldwide Natural Contest Rules” and additional penalties provided for in the competition regulations in Poland.
12. Sanctions and penalties for competitors whose testing committee (Testing Agency) found that they used substances or methods prohibited in NPC Natural competitions (before or during the competition), which are on the list of “SUBSTANCES & METHODS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES” and for competitors who did not undergo the mandatory test/examination after being selected for the test/examination:
▪︎ Suspension of the competitor from participation in all NPC Worldwide competitions in Poland and around the world (Natural and Open contests) for a period from one year to lifelong suspension. The final decision on the amount of this penalty is made by the NPC Worldwide federation.
▪︎ Providing information about the test result and the competitor’s data to the public on the competition website, the world federation website and on the competition’s social media. The final decision to apply this sanction is made by the NPC Worldwide federation.
▪︎ The athlete will pay the total costs of polygraph tests performed (PLN 1,500) and/or urine sample tests (PLN 3,000). The final decision to apply this penalty is made by the organizer of the NPC Worldwide Natural competition in Poland.
13. Prices for registration fees and additional services:
▪︎ for selected categories,
▪︎ for the NPC Worldwide athlete membership,
▪︎ for a pass and tickets to the backstage and audience for people or coach accompanying the competitor,
▪︎ for on-site tanning service,
▪︎ for high-quality photos and videos from the competition stage (so-called Multimedia Package), will be provided in the registration form on its subsequent subpages from March 6th, 2025.
Each competitor can choose from three methods of paying the entry fee for the competition:
(1) bank transfer (+0% service fee),
(2) PayPal (+4.8% service fee) and
(3) cash payment upon check-in on Friday (+10% service fee) in PLN, EURO or USD – this payment method may not be available when registering online for the competition.
14. Definitions and criteria for entry into the categories (main categories) of the NPC Natural Regional Qualifier:
▪︎ Teenager (18-19 years old) – The category intended for competitors aged 18 and 19. Competitors who are 18 years old and have not celebrated their 20th birthday on the day of the competition can participate in it.
▪︎ Junior (18-23 years old) – The category for competitors aged 18 to 23. Competitors who are 18 years old but have not yet turned 24 can participate in it.
▪︎ Master (+35 y/o or +35 y/o, +40 y/o, +45 y/o) – The category is intended for competitors aged 35 (the year of birth counts, not the exact date of birth) and for older competitors. Additional age classes may be created, i.e. +40 y/o, +45 y/o, etc., if at least 3 competitors in a given age group register. The +35 age category is always held, even if only one competitor enters.
▪︎ True Novice (NPC Debut in Natural Bodybuilding) – The category is intended for competitors for whom this is the first competition in any NPC Worldwide competition (Open or Natural contest’s) . Participation in competitions of other federations is not taken into account as a criterion limiting participation in this category.
▪︎ Beginner (NPC Debut in Natural Bodybuilding) – The category intended for competitors for whom this is their first or second or at most third participation in NPC Natural competitions (in natural bodybuilding of the NPC Worldwide federation). Participation in competitions of other federations and participation in open competitions (not in natural bodybuilding, in competitions without testing) of the NPC Worldwide federation this year and in previous years are not counted and taken into account as a criterion limiting participation in this main category.
▪︎ Novice (NPC Debut in Natural Bodybuilding) – The category intended for competitors for whom this is their first participation in NPC Natural (natural bodybuilding) competition in the current calendar year. Participation in competitions of other federations and participation in Open NPC Worldwide competitions (not in natural bodybuilding) this year and in previous years are not considered as a criterion limiting participation in this main category.
▪︎ Open (Poland Championships in Natural Bodybuilding) – The category is intended for ALL competitors over 18 years of age. Any registered competitor can take part in this category, as there are no criteria limiting participation, i.e. age, experience, achievements, etc.

In order for a given class (height, weight, age) to be held, at least 5 competitors must register (minimum 3 competitors in age class). In accordance with the rules of the NPC Worldwide federation, if there is a smaller number of registered competitors in the height or weight or age class, such a class may be combined with a higher/heavier/younger class or an open class is held, i.e. without separation into height/weight/age classes (open class). The decision on the final dividing into height/weight/age classes is made by the head of the competition office after the athlete’s check-in. The following categories: Junior, Master, True Novice, Novice, Open are always held, even if only one competitor registered for them.
16. Online registration for the “2025 NPC SUPERNATURAL POLAND CHAMPIONSHIPS & NPC NATURAL DEBUT”NPC WORLDWIDE NATURAL REGIONAL QUALIFIER scheduled for May 11th, 2025 will be available on this website from March 6, 2025 to Tuesday, May 6th, 2025 until 10:00 p.m. Online registration may be completed earlier (without notice, a week before the online registration deadline given above) if the maximum number of competitors registers for which we have planned the maximum duration of our competition (8 hours). Therefore, we ask competitors who will start preparing for our competitions and are determined to take part in them to register as early as possible (preferably by April 30th, 2025).
17. Athletes registered for the NPC Natural Regional Qualifier taking place on Sunday, May 11, 2025, from March 6th to April 30th, until 10 p.m. (up to 10 days before athletes check-in), are exempt from the contribution fee of PLN 350 related to mandatory polygraph tests and urine sample tests performed by an accredited commission conducting tests in our contest (Testing Agency).
The costs associated with organizing and conducting mandatory polygraph tests and urine sample tests are covered by the organizer of the NPC Natural Regional Qualifier competition.
Competitors registered at a later date (after April 30, 2025, after 10 p.m.) should be prepared to pay a contribution fee of PLN 350 related to mandatory polygraph tests and tests of urine samples of tested competitors. In such a situation, the contribution fee may be collected during the mandatory athlete’s check-in on Friday, May 9th, and payment will be accepted only in cash (PLN or EURO or USD).
18. Next year, the NPC WORLDWIDE NATURAL REGIONAL QUALIFIER competition in Poland is tentatively scheduled (unofficially) for Sunday, May 10, 2026 and for Sunday, October 11, 2026 at the MCER venue in Marki near Warsaw. The final dates of these two events will be announced on our official website no later than January 5, 2026.

▪︎ If a competitor cannot appear at the check-in at the designated hours for their division (commuting problems, work, school, etc.), they should come at a later time (not earlier !). However, this may involve a longer wait for his check-in.
▪︎ If a athlete competes in two divisions at the same contest, he/she will be check-in together for both divisions during the hours provided for one of them. The choice of check-in time is then up to the competitor.
▪︎ Competitors who have not registered online by Tuesday of the week in which the competition takes place by 10:00 p.m. will be processed only after the check-in of all online registered athletes is completed.
▪︎ Entry fees for athletes not registered online are 20% higher than the standard fees, due to the additional service charge.

8. Competitors are informed personally that they have been selected for the test by the official representative of NPC Worldwide and/or a representative of the test commission (Testing Agency).
9. Each athlete registered online for the NPC Natural competition is obliged, during the Friday check-in of athletes, to sign a consent and a declaration obliging him to voluntarily undergo a polygraph test and a urine sample test at the place and date indicated to the athlete by the competition organizer or the head of the competition office or the test commission (Test Agency).
10. Polygraph tests and urine sample tests can be performed from Friday, October 10th, from 7:00 p.m. (beginning of the athlete’s check-in), until Sunday, October 12th, at 7:00 p.m. (end of the competition).
11. Failure to undergo a polygraph test and/or urine sample test (regardless of the reason) at the time and place indicated to the competitor by the competition organizer and/or the test commission (Testing Agency) is tantamount to finding that the competitor has used substances or methods prohibited during the NPC Natural competition. Therefore, such a competitor will be subject to all sanctions and penalties provided for in the federation regulations “NPC Worldwide Natural Contest Rules” and additional penalties provided for in the competition regulations in Poland.
12. Sanctions and penalties for competitors whose testing committee (Testing Agency) found that they used substances or methods prohibited in NPC Natural competitions (before or during the competition), which are on the list of “SUBSTANCES & METHODS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES” or for competitors who did not undergo the mandatory test/examination after being selected for the test/examination:
▪︎ Suspension of the competitor from participation in all NPC Worldwide competitions in Poland and around the world (Natural and Open contests) for a period from one year to lifelong suspension. The final decision on the amount of this penalty is made by the NPC Worldwide federation.
▪︎ Providing information about the test result and the competitor’s data to the public on the competition website, the world federation website and on the competition’s social media. The final decision to apply this sanction is made by the NPC Worldwide federation.
▪︎ The athlete will pay the total costs of polygraph tests performed (PLN 1,500) and/or urine sample tests (PLN 3,000). The final decision to apply this penalty is made by the organizer of the NPC Worldwide Natural competition in Poland.
13. Prices for registration fees and additional services:
▪︎ for selected categories,
▪︎ for the NPC Worldwide athlete membership,
▪︎ for a pass and tickets to the backstage and audience for people or coach accompanying the competitor,
▪︎ for on-site tanning service,
▪︎ for high-quality photos and videos from the competition stage (so-called Multimedia Package), will be provided in the registration form on its subsequent subpages from August 7th, 2025.
Each competitor can choose from three methods of paying the entry fee for the competition:
- Bank transfer (+0% service fee),
- PayPal (+4.8% service fee) and
- Cash payment upon check-in on Friday (+10% service fee) in PLN, EURO or USD – this payment method may not be available when registering online for the competition.
14. Definitions and criteria for entry into the categories (main categories) of the NPC Natural Regional Qualifier:
▪︎ Teenager (18-19 years old) – The category intended for competitors aged 18 and 19. Competitors who are 18 years old and have not celebrated their 20th birthday on the day of the competition can participate in it.
▪︎ Junior (18-23 years old) – The category for competitors aged 18 to 23. Competitors who are 18 years old but have not yet turned 24 can participate in it.
▪︎ Master (+35 y/o or +35 y/o, +40 y/o, +45 y/o) – The category is intended for competitors aged 35 (the year of birth counts, not the exact date of birth) and for older competitors. Additional age classes may be created, i.e. +40 y/o, +45 y/o, etc., if at least 3 competitors in a given age group register. The +35 age category is always held, even if only one competitor enters.
▪︎ True Novice (NPC Debut in Natural Bodybuilding) – The category is intended for competitors for whom this is the first competition in any NPC Worldwide competition (Open or Natural contest’s) . Participation in competitions of other federations is not taken into account as a criterion limiting participation in this category.
▪︎ Beginner (NPC Debut in Natural Bodybuilding) – The category intended for competitors for whom this is their first or second or at most third participation in NPC Natural competitions (in natural bodybuilding of the NPC Worldwide federation). Participation in competitions of other federations and participation in open competitions (not in natural bodybuilding, in competitions without testing) of the NPC Worldwide federation this year and in previous years are not counted and taken into account as a criterion limiting participation in this main category.
▪︎ Novice (NPC Debut in Natural Bodybuilding) – The category intended for competitors for whom this is their first participation in NPC Natural (natural bodybuilding) competition in the current calendar year. Participation in competitions of other federations and participation in Open NPC Worldwide competitions (not in natural bodybuilding) this year and in previous years are not considered as a criterion limiting participation in this main category.
▪︎ Open (Poland Championships in Natural Bodybuilding) – The category is intended for ALL competitors over 18 years of age. Any registered competitor can take part in this category, as there are no criteria limiting participation, i.e. age, experience, achievements, etc.

In order for a given class (height, weight, age) to be held, at least 5 competitors must register (minimum 3 competitors in age class). In accordance with the rules of the NPC Worldwide federation, if there is a smaller number of registered competitors in the height or weight or age class, such a class may be combined with a higher/heavier/younger class or an open class is held, i.e. without separation into height/weight/age classes (open class). The decision on the final dividing into height/weight/age classes is made by the head of the competition office after the athlete’s check-in. The following categories: Junior, Master, True Novice, Novice, Open are always held, even if only one competitor registered for them.
16. Online registration for the “2025 NPC NATURAL POLAND CHAMPIONSHIPS & NPC NATURAL DEBUT” NPC WORLDWIDE NATURAL REGIONAL QUALIFIER scheduled for October 12th, 2025 will be available on this website from August 7th, 2025 to Tuesday, October 7th, 2025 until 10:00 p.m. Online registration may be completed earlier (without notice, a week before the online registration deadline given above) if the maximum number of competitors registers for which we have planned the maximum duration of our competition (8 hours). Therefore, we ask competitors who will start preparing for our competitions and are determined to take part in them to register as early as possible (preferably by September 30th, 2025).
17. Athletes registered for the NPC Natural Regional Qualifier taking place on Sunday, October 12th, 2025, from August 7th to September 30th, until 10 p.m. (up to 10 days before athletes check-in), are exempt from the contribution fee of PLN 350 related to mandatory polygraph tests and urine sample tests performed by an accredited commission conducting tests in our contest (Testing Agency). The costs associated with organizing and conducting mandatory polygraph tests and urine sample tests are covered by the organizer of the NPC Natural Regional Qualifier competition. Competitors registered at a later date (after September 30th, 2025, after 10 p.m.) should be prepared to pay a contribution fee of PLN 350 related to mandatory polygraph tests and tests of urine samples of tested competitors. In such a situation, the contribution fee may be collected during the mandatory athlete’s check-in on Friday, October 10th, and payment will be accepted only in cash (PLN or EURO or USD).
REGISTRATION ▪︎ NPC NATURAL ▪︎ 11-12 OCTOBER18. Next year, the NPC WORLDWIDE NATURAL REGIONAL QUALIFIER competition in Poland is tentatively scheduled (unofficially) for Sunday, May 10, 2026 and for Sunday, October 11, 2026 at the MCER venue in Marki near Warsaw. The final dates of these two events will be announced on our official website no later than January 5, 2026.
