INVITATION FOR ATHLETE AND COACH

5. The name and date of the competition
6. Division & category
7. Submit: copy or photo of the NPC Worldwide membership license for this year (amateur athletes) or photo of the IFBB PRO card (PRO athletes)
8. Submit: photo or scan of the first page (with a photo) of your passport

All the above data is necessary for us to be able to send you an invitation to our contest.
Pleas send a request for an invitation to a selected contest 10 – 60 days before the competition.
We will send you the invitation required to obtain the visa within 10 days to your e-mail address. A visa is needed for person living permanently outside the European Union / Schengen zone.
