We conduct trainings in the form of practical workshops on posing and stage presentation combined with a theoretical lecture on the rules and rules of refereeing in the NPC IFBB Proffesional League. Workshops and lectures are intended for beginners and advanced players. The trainings cover all bodybuilding competitions (Division) played in the NPC IFBB federation. The workshops are conducted by the coaches of the National Sports League NPC Poland, certified international judges, experienced coaches and titled players and players with many years of experience holding IFBB PRO League cards.
The first training sessions took place on August 31 in Szczytno and September 10 in Tarnów. The next one will take place in October in Poznań. Information about the places and dates of the next training sessions will be successively published on this website and in the social media of the NPC Polska Sports League.

1. Place of the selected training from the list of announced training courses.
2. Name, e-mail and contact telephone number.
3. The competition you will compete in and the date of the competition.
4. Training internship, competition training and age.
