6. ENTRY REGULATIONS AND REGIONAL CERTIFICATE
The event is open for competitors over 18 years old.The athlete must be at least 18 years old on the day of the competition.
The competitors should have the NPC Worldwide Membership (Athlete’s License) valid for current year.
The Athletes in the following countries must have an “Official Regional Certificate” confirming they competed in a Regional contest in their country in the current calendar year (2024) before the first PRO Qualifier competition in which they want to participate: Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Poland, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, District of Taiwan, United Kingdom, and several other countries added this year.
*Athletes from Denmark, Finland, and Norway may compete in a Regional contest in any one of these three countries, as well as in Sweden, to fulfill the requirement for an Official Regional Certificate.
The above rules apply only to competitors representing the countries listed above.
The country that the competitor represents is entered by him when obtaining the NPC Membership License for the current year.
Athletes representing countries other than those mentioned above are not obliged to compete in a Regional contest, but of course they can take part in it.
The above obligation to compete in a Regional contest applies only to the planned participation in an Open category (category with PRO cards) of a PRO Qualifier contest.
The competitors don’t have to present the medical certificate of health (i.e. covid test or covid pass), as everyone takes part in the competition on their own responsibility. Nevertheless, we highly recommend to consult your health with professional sports doctor prior to the competition.

7. NPC WORLDWIDE LICENSE
1) According to the NPC Worldwide regulations, starting from January 1st, 2020, all competitors willing to take part in NPC Worldwide League competitions should register at

and purchase yearly membership license.
For European Union based competitors the fee is $55 and can be paid via https://www.npcworldwide-register.com/login
After the registration and paying the fee, the competitor receives the NPC Worldwide Membership License that they can download to portable electronic device and/or print. The NPC Worldwide Membership License is valid until the end of current year.
2) All competitors must present the NPC Membership License valid for current year during the check-in for the event they would like to compete in.
3) To take part in the NPC Worldwide events, the competitors don’t have to be members of sport clubs, national or international associations or organizations. Having the NPC Worldwide Membership License does not limit the competitors to compete in the NPC Worldwide events only – they are free to compete in any contest of any federation.
8. REGISTRATION
Registration takes place on-line only, through www.ifbbpro.com.pl and is necessary to get on the starting list. We will start registration 90 days before the date of the competition. Deadline for sending your application form is 4 days before the event starts. After that day competitors lists and internet registration will be closed.
Participants can compete in few main categories simultaneously in Regional Qualifier and PRO Qualifier contests.

Participants can compete in two different divisions of above categories e.g. True Novice Bodybuilding and True Novice Classic Physique, NOVICE Bodybuilding and NOVICE Classic Physique, JUNIOR (or MASTER) Bodybuilding and JUNIOR (or MASTER) Classic Physique, OPEN Bodybuilding and OPEN Classic Physique.
Each athlete has the opportunity to compete in up to 10 categories in a Regional Qualifier contest and 10 categories in a PRO Qualifier contest.
The competition will be judged by certified judges of the NPC Worldwide/IFBB Professional League from Europe and the USA. NPC Worldwide Regional Qualifier and PRO Qualifier competitions in Poland are not judged by judges from Poland.

9. CHECK-IN (REGISTRATION)

Judges may not allow the athlete to compete also in below cases:
- Lack of ID
- Lack of NPC Worldwide license
- Lack of payment confirmation
For the check-in athletes should carry:
- ID
- The NPC Worldwide Membership License for current year printed or on mobile device
- Confirmation of all necessary payments printed or on mobile device
- Confirmation of online registration, that was received on the e-mail address provided during the on-line registration, printed or on mobile device
- Posing suit
- Pendrive with posing music if needed for the division athlete participates in (Women’s Bodybuilding, Men’s Bodybuilding, Men’s Classic Physique, Women’s Physique, Women’s Fitness). Music track should be in the main folder of the pendrive, in mp3 format, just one without other music tracks and the pendrive should be signed athlete’s name and surname. Music track should be no longer than 60 seconds. The duration of the posing routine depends on the number of athletes competing, and can range from 30 to 60 seconds.
10. PAYMENTS
Current entry fee for respective categories and divisions are available on event website in ATHLETE REGISTRATION tab in the registration form.
Entry fee for the competition, payments for accompanying person or coach ticket and backstage pass, tanning fee and Multimedia Package fee (full HQ video coverage after show (VOD) and HQ stage photos) should be made on one of the accounts below:

For PayPal payments there is an added fee of 4.8%
4. Cash payment: drugin check-in (+10% handling fee).
All transfers must contain name and surname of the competitor as well as the name and date of the contest they want to participate (ie. “John Smith, October 13, 2024, Entry fee for Champions Golden Cup Pro Qualifier”).
Final fee for all entries and added costs (accompanying person or coach ticket and pass, tanning service, full video coverage after show (VOD) and HQ stage photos) will be shown at the last page of the registration form. The fee needs to be paid before sending in the form, and its confirmation must be attached to the form. Immediately after sending registration form with payment confirmation, the athlete will receive registration confirmation to the e-mail address provided during registration and automatically will be added to the competitors list.
Provided fees are valid until 15 days prior to the event. After that date, the promotor holds the right to change entry fees (including increasing) and all other fees without prior notice.
Athletes who paid the fees by PayPal or bank transfer are kindly asked to carry the confirmation in printed or electronic version for the check-in.
In case the athlete will get sick or injured and cannot participate in the event, they can apply to the promotor to move the fee for the next NPC event in Poland. Each case will be revised individually.
The promotor holds the right to refuse to move the fee to other event if there is no valid reason for the athlete not to participate. All cases of sickness or injuries must be informed to the promotor 5 days prior to the event. Medical documentation is necessary to accept the athlete absence and move the fee to the next NPC event in Poland.

Entry fee won’t be moved to another NPC event after above date. Being late for start is not a reason to move the fee to the next NPC event.
During the check-in each athlete will receive the wrist band for himself and for accompanying persons or coaches. The wirst band grants access to event hall, audience and the backstage on the day of competition that the athlete participate in. All athletes must follow the rules stated in ORDER REGULATIONS tab:

11. MAIN CATEGORIES
Definitions and rules of participation in main categories
▪︎ True Novice Regional – means a competitor who has never competed within NPC Worldwide.
▪︎ Beginner Regional – Category for athletes competing for the first, second or third time in a competition of NPC federation.
It does not matter how many times the athlete has competed in competitions of other federations.
▪︎ Novice Regional – means a competitor who, in the current contest year, has NOT won an Overall in a Novice, Masters or Open contest, or who has NOT won in an Open class with three or more competitors.
▪︎ Junior Regional or Junior PQ – Category intended for athletes up to 23 years of age. There can be two age categories: 18-19 years old and 18-23 years old if there are a sufficiently large number of competitors entered. The athlete must be at least 18 years old on the day of the competition.
▪︎ Master Regional or Master PQ – Category intended for athletes over 35 years of age. There can be three age categories: +35 years old, +40 years old, +45 years old if there are enough competitors entered. The year of birth counts, not the exact date of birth.
▪︎ Open Regional / Senior Regional – Category intended for athletes over 18 years of age, regardless of the stage experience and achievements. There are height or weight classes in each of the 9 divisions. Participation in the Open Regional category gives the right to take part in PRO Qualifier competitions around the world until the end of the current calendar year (31 Dec 2024).
▪︎ True Novice PQ – means a competitor who has never competed within NPC Worldwide.
▪︎ Beginner PQ – Category for athletes competing for the first, second or third time in a competition of NPC Pro Qualifier.
It does not matter how many times the athlete has competed in competitions of other federations.
▪︎ Novice PQ – means a competitor who, in the current contest year, has NOT won an Overall in a Novice, Masters or Open contest, or who has NOT won in an Open class with three or more competitors.
▪︎ Open PQ / Senior PQ – Category intended for competitors over 18 years of age, regardless of the experience and achievements. There are height or weight classes in each of the 9 divisions.Open PQ is the only main category in each of the 9 divisions in which competitors compete for one of the 9 IFBB PRO League cards. The IFBB PRO card is awarded to the winner of the overall or open category in each of the 9 divisions with a minimum of 5 athletes.
Competitors participating in Open category of the NPC Worldwide PRO Qualifier will compete for 9 PRO CARDS in divisions:
– Women’s Bikini – 1 PRO CARD
– Women’s Wellness – 1 PRO CARD
– Women’s Figure – 1 PRO CARD
– Women’s Physique – 1 PRO CARD
– Women’s Bodybuilding – 1 PRO CARD
– Women’s Fitness – 1 PRO CARD

According to the NPC Worldwide regulations, the IFBB PRO card is awarded to the winner of the OVERALL category of the division in which at least 5 athletes compete.
The competitors are assigned to their respective weight/height categories during the check-in, after their measurement were taken. Final schedule will be shared after all competitors will be verified.

The NPC Worldwide Regional Qualifier contest will contain 9 divisions, 6 main categories and about 60 height/weight/age classes as described in NPC Worldwide rules.
The NPC Worldwide PRO Qualifier contest will contain 9 divisions, 6 main categories and about 80 height/weight/age classes as described in NPC Worldwide rules.

14. WEIGHTS LIMITS FOR CLASSIC PHYSIQUE
15. INFORMATION FOR ATHLETES AND COACHES
▪︎ Competitors should appear at the backstage (fully
prepared for the competition) at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time of going to the stage of their division given in the competition schedule.
▪︎ Competitors receive their pin with the athlete’s number during check-in on Friday (or during check-in on Saturday).
▪︎ The regulations of all editions of the competition can be found on this website in the REGULATIONS tab. In the regulations are given: division, categories (e.g. True Novice, Novice, Junior, Master, Open) and height or weight classes.
▪︎ The official schedule of the contest and the height and weight categories in each division will be announced to competitors after check-in on Friday or Saturday.
▪︎ Each day of the contest one division will be played in one separate block (e.g. Junior, Master, True Novice, Novice, Open of Men’s Physique, Award Ceremony, Overall category), followed by award ceremony and Overall category. The next division starts after finishing of the Award Ceremony and Overall category of the previous division.
▪︎ During the check-in on Friday or Saturday, all competitors receive identification bands authorizing them and their coaches or accompanying persons to enter the competition hall and the backstage. During check-in athletes also receive wristbands for their coaches and accompanying persons, reserved during on-line athletes registration or bought during the check-in.
▪︎ Backstage passes and audience tickets for coaches or accompanying persons can be booked during on-line registration on the competition website. During the check-in on Friday or Saturday, it may be not possible to buy backstage passes and audience tickets anymore due to the limited number of competitors and accompanying persons who can stay at the competition venue. Therefore, we ask the athletes to book passes and tickets for their coaches and accompanying persons during the on-line registration on the competition website.
16. ORDER REGULATIONS ON BACKSTAGE
▪︎ Competitors may use the tanning service offered by the competition organizer which is located in the backstage. The time of the tanning service is agreed individually with the competitor during the check-in on Friday/Saturday.
▪︎ The competitor can choose the kind of tanning (onsite spray tanning or applying of tan on his own) during on-line registration and selects his choice in the registration form.
▪︎ ProTan brand products are the official and only accepted products for spray tanning or for self-tanning of the skin at our competition. ProTan is the only official and exclusive partner and sponsor of all NPC Worldwide & IFBB Professional League competitions and Mr. Olympia Qualifier in 2024 in Poland.
▪︎ Competitors who do not use tanning service offered by the organizer will receive during check-in recommended ProTan products for self-tanning (two ProTan products: Base Coat and Top Coat).
▪︎ It is absolutely forbidden to apply tan and posing oil on your own in a place other than the designated by the organizer (specially protected and prepared for this purpose).
▪︎ Competitors and their coaches may apply tan or posing oil on their own only at the spray tanning stand of ProTan. Only there are the floor and walls adequately protected against permanent damage or dirt.
▪︎ It is not allowed to apply tan and posing oil on the public backstage for competitors, coaches, accompanying persons, fans, in toilets and changing rooms for athletes, corridors and right behind the stage.
▪︎ Applying posing oil and all tan corrections right behind the stage (for competitors who tanning themselves and use spray tanning) are free of charge by the tanning service of the ProTan.
▪︎ We kindly ask the athletes and coaches to strictly observe the above regulations and all other recommendations of the organizer and staff related to maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in our competition facility.

Final event schedule and the list of all weight, height, age classes will be announced after the check-in.
18. PRIZES
- In the NPC Worldwide PRO Qualifier contest athletes compete for 9 IFBB PRO League professional cards enabling participation in the most prestigious competitions around the world.
- In the NPC Worldwide Regional Qualifier and in the PRO Qualifier contests athletes compete for prestigious championship titles of the NPC Worldwide federation.
- In the NPC Worldwide Regional Qualifier and in the PRO Qualifier contests athletes compete for qualification for your country’s national team for the NPC Worldwide World Championship in the USA.
- In the NPC Worldwide Regional Qualifier and in the PRO Qualifier contests athletes compete for in-kind prizes funded by partners and sponsors of the NPC Worldwide Festival.
- In the NPC Worldwide Regional Qualifier contest athletes compete for sponsored participation in the NPC Worldwide PRO Qualifier contests funded by partners and sponsors of the Festival and our federation.
19. ORDER REGULATIONS
For the sake of hygiene and to keep the venue clean, athletes are obligated to use non-staining tan products. Therefore, the promotor encourages using of tan products officially used in the NPC Worldwide and the IFBB Professional League.
There will be tanning service available at the venue, provided by ProTan Poland and SklepZawodnika.
Tanning will be performed with all ProTan products.
The athlete can book tanning service only during the on-line registration.

All costs of transport and accommodation are on the participant side as well as the booking of the hotel.

23. FINAL REGULATIONS
All queries that will come up during the show and not regulated by this document will be settled by the promotor and head judge with possible assistance of the NPC Worldwide and IFBB Professional League representative.
