Competitors joining the check-in should carry:

▪︎ 2. The NPC Worldwide membership license for the current year in electronic form (downloaded to a mobile device from the website where they made it) or printed on a piece of paper. It is only required if the athlete made and paid for it on the website of the world federation by himself/herself, not while registering for the competition.
▪︎ 3. Confirmation of the entry fee in electronic form on a mobile device or printed on a piece of paper if the entry fee was made before the competition online.
▪︎ 4 Confirmation of online registration (acceptance of the application), which the athlete received by email immediately after completing and submitting the online registration form. The confirmation can be presented electronically on a mobile device or in the form of a printout on a piece of paper.
▪︎ 5. The competition outfit. The competition outfit is required only when the competitor wants to make sure that it meets the regulations requirements of the competition. In other cases, there is no need to show it during check-in. The outfit is obligatory (!) only for female competitors of the FIT MODEL division.
▪︎ 6. Pendrive with a recording of posing routine if required in your division.
▪︎ 7. All female competitors of the FIT MODEL division are required to wear the outfit compliant with the federation regulations during the check-in on Friday: https://npcnewsonline.com/fit-model-division-rules/
Female competitors of the FIT MODEL division should come to the check-in wearing the competition suit in order to confirm that it meets the requirements of the current regulations. The female competitor should already have their competition suit on at the time of height measurement at the check-in. If the competitor is not sure whether a particular cut of the competition suit (or the material from which the suit is made) is acceptable, it is recommended to have a second suit in a different cut allowed by the regulations during check-in.

Music requirements for the posing routine.

Musical track on a pendrive for the posing routine is required in the divisions: Men’s Bodybuilding, Men’s Classic Physique, Women’s Physique, Women’s Bodybuilding, Women’s Fitness (Gymnastic). Pendrive must be signed with your name and be sure to give it to the competition office durning the check-in. We do not accept music on CD and other memory media other than a pen drive. We do not accept music in the form of online i.e. link, text messages, e-mails. In case of lack of music for the posing routine recorded on the pendrive, or if the competitor does not provide it to the office of the competition during the check-in (the competitor is obliged to take care of providing the staff of the competition with the music on pendrive), the competitor will perform posing routine to the music provided by the organizer. We accept media with music ONLY on the day of check-in. We do not accept them on the day of the competition. The song for the posing routine should be recorded in MP3 format. The song for the posing routine should be recorded first (there can be no other songs on the pendrive). The pendrive must be signed by name and checked after recording by the contestant. The musical track should last a maximum of 60 seconds. The duration of a competitor’s performance of a posing routine depends on the number of competitors competing and may last from 30 to 60 seconds. The decision on its duration is made by the head judge in consultation with the competition organizer. Posing routine may be performed by 3 or 5 competitors in a given class. If the recording for the posing routine is to begin when the competitor is already in the middle of the stage, it is essential that the competitor should put a sticker on the pendrive with the inscription ON STAGE. If the athlete does not place such a writing on the pendrive, the song will be started when the athlete enters the stage (OFF STAGE). This will no longer be changed during the competition. Just after the end of the competition and during the lunch break between the first and second blocks of the competition, the competitor may pick up his/her pendrive directly from the DJ /music staff or at the tickets office or at the competition office. Backing music pendrives not picked up on the day of the competition (by 11:00 pm) are not stored by the competition office or the organizer, so it is NOT POSSIBLE to retrieve them and pick them up at a later date.

If the number of registered and verified athletes in a given class will be less than 5 athletes (less than 3 in the age class), the organizer may combine it with a higher or heavier class or play only the open class (without separation into many classes) if it is justified or in accordance with the rules of the federation. The organizer reserves the right to create more height or weight or age classes, if required by the number of registered competitors. The number of weight/height and age classes will be announced after check-in of all competitors.

▪︎ For aesthetic reasons, as well as to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the facility where the sports event is organized, all competitors participating in the competition may use only non-marking (wear-resistant) tanning products (bronzers) in a designated area at the backstage – tanning products made by ProTan.
▪︎ Competitors may apply tanning product on their own or use Tanning Service (ProTan Poland Team) provided by the competition organizer at the backstage in a well-defined place.
▪︎ The exact time od Tanning Service is determined individually with the competitor during check-in on Friday.
▪︎ The competitor chooses the method of tanning (spray tanning / Tanning Service or self-application of tan) during online registration and marks his/her choice in the registration form.
▪︎ The official and only accepted products for spray tanning or self-aplication of tan at our competitions are ProTan brand products. ProTan is one and only tanning official brand and exclusive partner of all NPC Worldwide & IFBB Professional League competitions, Olympia Qualifier competitions and Mr. Olympia competitions this year.
▪︎ Competitors who do not use the Tanning Service offered by the organizer will receive the recommended ProTan products for self-aplication of tan (two bronzers: Base Coat and Top Coat, as well as a sponge and gloves) during check-in.
▪︎ Competitors and their coaches can apply tanning products or oil on their own only at the Tanning Service zone (specially prepared for this purpose), which is located on the backstage (ProTan Poland & Sklep Zawodnika company’s stand). Only there the floor and walls are properly protected from permanent damage or staining.
▪︎ It is completely forbidden to apply tanning products and oil by yourself anywhere other than the place designated by the organizer. This CANNOT be done in the public backstage for competitors, coaches, accompanying persons and fans, in the restrooms and in the competitors’ locker rooms, corridors and just behind the stage in the warm-up room.
▪︎ Final Touch Ups (oil and tan corrections) of athletes just behind the stage in athlete’s zone (for athletes self-tanning and those using the Tanning Service) is performed free of charge by the staff of the ProTan Poland Tanning Service.
▪︎ We request competitors and coaches to strictly follow the above regulations, and all other recommendations of the organizer and event staff related to the maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness at our competition venue.
