According to the current NPC Worldwide federation regulations in effect in Poland in 2025, athletes representing Poland and holding an NPC Worldwide membership license excerpted for Poland (i.e. Polish citizens with a Polish passport and foreigners residing, living, working or studying in Poland), in order to be eligible to compete in any NPC Worldwide categories and competitions held outside Poland, are required to compete in the Open Regional category in competitions held in Poland in 2025 in advance. The obligation to compete in the Open Regional category in Poland also applies to athletes who wish to compete for the IFBB PRO card in the Open Pro Qualifier category in competitions held in Poland and outside our country.

▪︎ Competitors will be check-in by the competition office staff according to the above schedule provided for each division. Those who come early will have to wait until we verify all competitors who came at the designated hours for their division.
▪︎ If a competitor cannot appear at the check-in at the designated hours for their division (commuting problems, work, school, etc.), they should come at a later time (not earlier !). However, this may involve a longer wait for his check-in.
▪︎ If a athlete competes in two divisions at the same contest, he/she will be check-in together for both divisions during the hours provided for one of them. The choice of check-in time is then up to the competitor.
▪︎ Competitors who have not registered online by Tuesday of the week in which the competition takes place by 10:00 p.m. will be processed only after the check-in of all online registered athletes is completed.
▪︎ Entry fees for athletes not registered online are 20% higher than the standard fees, due to the additional service charge.
