PARTICIPATION
IFBB PRO athletes who wish to register for a contest must register through their IFBB PRO membership portal at:

DO NOT register on the contest website, e-mail or social media.
Contract Application deadline for any contest is the Monday prior to the contest at 3 PM Eastern Time. After this deadline, no new Contract Applications will be accepted, no classes will be permitted to be added, no classes will be permitted to be removed. In other words, no changes will be made to any Competitor List information or Contest data after the Contract Application deadline.

REGISTRATION
Dear Athletes,
The IFBB Pro League has developed a brand new method of contract signing and contest registration.
Moving forward, you will not need to email to request a contract be sent to you.
All contests will be listed in the new „Upcoming Contests” tab of your IFBB Pro Member Profile, within the Pro League membership system. Once you’ve selected a contest you would like to compete in, click „Register” and select your Division on the registration form.
After digitally signing your Athlete Competition Contract & Liability Release, your application is forwarded to the office for review.
If/when your application is approved, you will receive a registration confirmation email from Muscleware. If you require a copy of your signed contract, it can be found in the „My Contracts” tab of your Member Profile.
Please note that going forward all contracts will have a firm deadline date of the Monday of the week of the contest at 3pm EST and after that date no contracts will be available. You will not be able to register for a show after this time.

POSING MUSIC
PRESENTATION – POSING ROUTINES MUSIC
All posing music (Men’s Bodybuilding Pro and Classic Physique Pro athletes only) must be delivered only on a pendrive during the Pro Meeting on Friday. The posing music must also be in the main folder of a pendrive. Each competitor must put his name on the pendrive for easy identification. Posing music containing profane, vulgar and offensive language is strictly prohibited.

A visa is needed for person living permanently outside the European Union and outside the United Kingdom. People who are residents and permanently living in the European Union and in the United Kingdom do not need an invitation or a visa to come to Poland (Schengen zone).

[1] BACKSTAGE COACH PASS & AUDIENCE TICKET
You can buy backstage coach pass and auditorium tickets for the coach and accompanying persons on-line or during Pro Meeting on Friday.
Backstage pass – all Pro divisions: (150€ – contest day) 100€
Audience ticket – all Pro divisions: (100€ – contest day) 50€

[2] TANNING SERVICE ON-SITE
Tanning service performed by the company Sklepzawodnika.pl & ProTan Poland (a specialists that has been providing tanning service during competitions since 2008) will be available for the PRO athletes in backstage everyday from 8:00 am up to the end of the contest. We use tanning products of ProTan and JanTana (of your choice).
Professional Full Tanning Service including:
▪︎ two layers of tan (or more if you need)
▪︎ small color correction, oil-shine (as much as you need)
▪︎ final touch up.
The second layer of tan (top coat) is applied 10-20 minutes after the first layer (base coat).
▪︎ We recommend applying both layers of tan (base and top) on the day of the competition, several minutes apart and about 1-2 hours before going on stage. In this way, you will obtain a long-lasting, even, intense and „fresh” color (no discoloration or streaks).
▪︎ At the athlete’s request, we can apply the first tan layer (base coat) on Friday in the evening at the end of the NPC/IFBB PRO Athlete’s check-in or on Saturday in the evening at the end of the NPC athlete’s contest (day befor Pro Show), and the second tan layer (top coat) on the day of the Pro Show about 1-2 hours before going on stage.
You can book the tanning service by ordering / booking on-line (red color link below, online payment) or during the Pro Meeting on Friday (payment only in cash).
Tanning service is located at the backstage from 8:00 to 19:00.

▪︎ (2) High-quality 4K HORIZONTAL VIDEO recording in MPG4 format from your individual presentation, comparisons, callouts, posing routine, award ceremony and the entire PRO SHOW (5-6 hours).

The Multimedia Package – Exclusive Stage Photos and Videos – includes:
▪︎ (1) High-quality JPEG PHOTO PACKAGE of your entire stage performance from the PRO SHOW: individual presentation, comparisons, callouts, posing routine, award ceremony.
▪︎ (2) High-quality 4K HORIZONTAL VIDEO recording in MPG4 format from your individual presentation, comparisons, callouts, posing routine, award ceremony and the entire PRO SHOW (3-4 hours).
▪︎ (3) High-quality 4K VERTICAL REELS VIDEO recording in MPG4 format from your individual presentation and posing routine.
Access to a server with a Multimedia Package:
• You will receive access to the server on which your video recording is located and the package of photos from the competition stage within 1-2 days after the end of the competition to your e-mail address provided during Pro Meeting.
• If you do not receive the message with access to server with photos and video within 2 days, first check your spam or trash folders of your mailbox, and then inform us that you have not received access to the ordered multimedia package by sending a message to [email protected] or WhatsApp/Phone: +48 602 650 291
• To download photos and a video (after receiving a message with access to server) you will need a computer or a smartphone and an appropriate internet connection speed or WiFi.
• After accessing the server with your photos and video, you will have 30 days to download and backup the ordered video and photos to your device.
