The „Fitness Authority Poland Muscle Show” Olympia Qualifier is the contest which give you possibility to get qualification for the Mr. Olympia 2023.

PARTICIPATION
OPEN CONTEST
This competition is open to all IFBB PRO League athletes from all over the world.
The number of participating athletes is not limited.
If for some reason you are unable to receive a contract for our competition and return the signed contract within the recommended time to the IFBB PRO League office, you have the option to sign a contract for our competition during the PRO Meeting on Saturday and compete in the show on Sunday. Please inform us as soon as possible by writing an e-mail to [email protected] and to [email protected]

POSING MUSIC
PRESENTATION
All posing music (Classic Physique athletes only) must be delivered only on a pendrive. The posing music must also be in the main folder of a pendrive. Each competitor must put his name on the pendrive for easy identification. Posing music containing profane, vulgar and offensive language is strictly prohibited.
VISA FORM
Invitation for athlete and coach
A visa is needed for person living permanently outside the European Union. People who are residents and permanently living in the European Union do not need an invitation or a visa to come to Poland (Schengen zone).

Backstage Coach Ticket
You can buy backstage and auditorium tickets (pass) for the coach and accompanying persons during PRO Meeting on Saturday.

Tanning Service
Tanning service performed by the company Sklepzawodnika.pl (a specialists that has been providing tanning service in competitions since 2008) will be available for the PRO athletes in backstage everyday from 8:00 am up to the end of the contest. We use tanning products of ProTan and JanTana (of your choice).
Professional tanning service including:
▪︎ two layers of tan (or more if you need)
▪︎ small color correction (as much as you need)
▪︎ final touch up.
The second layer of tan (top coat) is applied 10-15 minutes after the first layer (base coat).
▪︎ We recommend applying both layers of tan (base and top) on the day of the competition, several minutes apart and about 2-3 hours before going on stage. In this way, you will obtain a long-lasting, even, intense and „fresh” color (no discoloration or streaks).
▪︎ At the athlete’s request, we can apply the first tan layer (base coat) the day before the competition, on Saturday in the evening at the end of the Check-in (PRO Meeting) from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and the second tan layer (top coat) on the day of the competition about 2-3 hours before going on stage.
You can book the tanning service by ordering / booking on-line (link below) or during the PRO Meeting on Saturday (payment only in cash).
Tanning service is located at the backstage (8 am to 11 pm).
The information about tanning time we will provided during PRO Meeting on Saturday. During PRO meeting on Saturday evening you can discuss with the tanning manager the details of the service.

The Multimedia Package includes:
▪︎ High-quality video reportage/recording in MPG4 format from the entire PRO SHOW.
▪︎ High-quality JPEG photo package of your entire stage performance from the PRO SHOW.
Access to a server with a Multimedia Package
• You will receive access to the server on which your video reportage/recording is located and the package of photos from the competition scene within 3 days after the end of the competition to your e-mail address provided during PRO meeting or send your data and e-mail address to [email protected] or entered when buying online on our website. If you do not receive the message with access to our server within this time (3 days), first check your spam folders and the trash bin of your mail, and then inform us that you have not received access to the ordered multimedia package.
• To download photos and a video reportage (after receiving a message with access to our server) you will need a computer (or a smartphone) and an appropriate internet connection speed or WiFi.
• After accessing the server with your media package, you will have 30 days to download and backup the ordered videos and photos to your device.
