- Competitors arriving from abroad (not residing permanently in Poland) who have paid the entry fee for the competition by online transfer and cannot appear at the check-in on Friday can check-in (collect a competitor’s number, measure height and weight, collect tickets to the backstage for coaches etc.) on Saturday evening at 10:00 – 10:30 pm (22:00 – 22:30) after the end of the NPC Regional Qualifier competition or on Sunday morning at 8:15 – 8:30 am before the start of the NPC Pro Qualifier competition.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
FOR ATHLETES AND COACHES
▪︎ Competitors should appear at the backstage (fully prepared for the competition) at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time of going to the stage of their division given in the competition schedule.
▪︎ Competitors receive their pin with the athlete’s number during check-in on Friday (or during check-in on Saturday).
▪︎ The regulations of all editions of the competition can be found on this website in the REGULATIONS tab. In the regulations are given: division, categories (e.g. True Novice, Novice, Beginners, Juniors, Masters, Open) and height or weight classes.
▪︎ The official schedule of the contest and the height and weight categories in each division will be announced to competitors after check-in on Friday or Saturday.
▪︎ Each day of the contest one division will be played in one separate block (e.g. Juniors, Masters, True Novice, Beginners, Novice, Open of Men’s Physique, Award Ceremony, Overall category), followed by award ceremony and Award Ceremony. The next division starts after finishing of the Award Ceremony and Overall category of the previous division.
▪︎ During the check-in on Friday or Saturday, all competitors receive identification bands authorizing them and their coaches or accompanying persons to enter the competition hall and the backstage. During check-in athletes also receive wristbands for their coaches and accompanying persons, reserved during on-line athletes registration or bought during the check-in.
▪︎ Backstage passes and audience tickets for coaches or accompanying persons can be booked during on-line registration on the competition website or during the check-in on Friday or Saturday.
ORDER REGULATIONS ON BACKSTAGE
▪︎ Competitors may use the tanning service offered by the competition organizer which is located in the backstage. The time of the tanning service is agreed individually with the competitor during the check-in on Friday/Saturday.
▪︎ The competitor can choose the kind of tanning (onsite spray tanning or applying of tan on his own) during on-line registration and selects his choice in the registration form.
▪︎ ProTan brand products are the official and only accepted products for spray tanning or for self-tanning of the skin at our competition. ProTan is the only official and exclusive partner and sponsor of all NPC Worldwide & IFBB Professional League competitions and Mr. Olympia Qualifier in 2023.
▪︎ Competitors who do not use tanning service offered by the organizer will receive during check-in recommended ProTan products for self-tanning (two ProTan products: Base Coat and Top Coat, as well as a sponge and gloves).
▪︎ It is absolutely forbidden to apply tan and posing oil on your own in a place other than the designated by the organizer (specially protected and prepared for this purpose).
▪︎ Competitors and their coaches may apply tan or posing oil on their own only at the spray tanning stand of ProTan. Only there are the floor and walls adequately protected against permanent damage or dirt.
▪︎ It is not allowed to apply tan and posing oil on the public backstage for competitors, coaches, accompanying persons, fans, in toilets and changing rooms for athletes, corridors and right behind the stage.
▪︎ Applying posing oil and all tan corrections right behind the stage (for competitors who tanning themselves and use spray tanning) are free of charge by the tanning service of the ProTan.
▪︎ We kindly ask the athletes and coaches to strictly observe the above regulations and all other recommendations of the organizer and staff related to maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in our competition facility.
DEFINITIONS AND RULES OF
PARTICIPATION IN MAIN CATEGORIES
▪︎True Novice – means a competitor who has never competed within NPC Worldwide.
▪︎Beginners Regional – Category for athletes competing for the first, second or third time in a competition of NPC federation.
It does not matter how many times the athlete has competed in competitions of other federations.
▪︎Novice Regional – means a competitor who, in the current contest year, has NOT won an Overall in a Novice, Masters or Open contest, or who has NOT won in an Open class with three or more competitors.
▪︎Juniors Regional or Juniors PQ – Category intended for athletes up to 23 years of age. There can be two age categories: up to 20 years old (or up to 21 years old) and up to 23 years old (A & B) if there are a sufficiently large number of competitors entered. The year of birth counts, not the exact date of birth.
▪︎Masters Regional or Masters PQ – Category intended for athletes over 35 years of age. There can be three age categories: +35 years old, +40 years old, +45 years old (A & B & C) if there are enough competitors entered. The year of birth counts, not the exact date of birth.
▪︎Open Regional / Seniors Regional – Category intended for athletes over 15 years of age, regardless of the stage experience and achievements. There are height or weight classes in each of the 9 divisions. Participation in the Open Regional category gives the right to take part in PRO Qualifier competitions around the world until the ned of the calendar year (December 31 2023) in which he participated in the Regional Qualifier competition. In this category, athletes also earn points for the qualification ranking for the NPC World Championship in the USA.
▪︎True Novice PQ – means a competitor who has never competed within Pro Qualifier contest.
▪︎Beginners PQ – Category for athletes competing for the first, second or third time in a Pro Qualifier contest.
It does not matter how many times the athlete has competed in competitions of other federations.
▪︎Novice PQ – means a competitor who, in the current contest year, has NOT won an Overall in a Novice, Masters or Open contest, or who has NOT won in an Open class with three or more competitors.
▪︎ Open PQ / Seniors PQ – Category intended for competitors over 15 years of age, regardless of the experience and achievements. There are height or weight classes in each of the 9 divisions.
Open PQ is the only main category in each of the 9 divisions in which competitors compete for one of the 9 IFBB PRO League cards. The IFBB PRO card is awarded to the winner of the overall or open category in each of the 9 divisions with a minimum of 5 athletes.
In this category, competitors also earn points for the qualification ranking for the NPC World Championship in the USA.

Participation in these competitions in the Open Regional category gives the right to take part in the PRO Qualifier contest and the right to compete for the IFBB PRO League card worldwide until the ned of the calendar year (December 31 2023) in which he participated in the Regional Qualifier competition.

Participation in this competition in the Open PQ category gives the right to compete for the IFBB PRO League card in each of the 9 divisions, in which at least 5 athletes compete.
RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN
PRO QUALIFIER CONTEST
The information below is intended mainly for competitors who want to take part in competitions of the PRO QUALIFIER rank in the main category Open (i.e. in the category in which athletes compete for the IFBB PRO card) held in every country in the world.
Before the first participation in PRO QUALIFIER contest, the competitor of the country (representative of the country) in which at least three REGIONAL QUALIFIER contests (regional qualifications) are held in a given year, should first compete in the Regional Qualifier competition in his home country, citizenship is entered in the passport, ID or in the country where the athletes lives permanently (then a document proving permanent residence for a minimum of 3 months in a given country is required) and whose country the athlete represents (country entered in the NPC license). If there are no Regional Qualifier competitions in a given country or there are less than three of them, the competitor is not obliged to take part in these competitions in his country.
A competitor of a given country, after competing in Regional competition in his country (Regional Qualifier), automatically receives a Certificate of Regional Qualifications, which allows him to participate in any PRO QUALIFIER competition around the world and competing for an IFBB PRO card in the Open category until the end of the calendar year (December 31 2023) in which he participated in the Regional Qualifier competition.
The Regional Qualification Certificate is obtained by every competitor who took part in the Regional Qualifier competition in the Open category in their home country or country of residence (country enterad in the NPC license). A competitor taking part in the Regional Qualifier competition held in a country of which he is not a representative does not receive a Regional Qualification Certificate.
