Dear athletes competing in Poland and abroad!
According to the current NPC Worldwide federation rules applicable in Poland this year, athletes representing Poland and holding a NPC Worldwide member license issued for Poland (i.e. Polish citizens with a Polish passport and foreigners with a passport of any country residing, living, working or studying in Poland – residents of Poland), in order to participate in any categories and competitions of the NPC Worldwide federation held outside Poland, are required to compete in the Open Regional category at competitions held in Poland in 2026. This obligation also applies to athletes who want to compete for the IFBB PRO card in the Open Pro Qualifier category at competitions held in Poland and abroad.
Athletes representing Poland and competing in natural bodybuilding competitions are also required to have prior regional qualifications in Poland this year. This obligation can be fulfilled by competing only in “tested” competitions in the Open Natural Regional category. Participation in the Natural Regional Qualifier competition in Poland is sufficient to then compete for the IFBB PRO card in the Open Natural PRO Qualifier category at competitions held in Poland and abroad.

▪︎ If an athlete cannot appear for check-in at the designated hours for their division (transport problems, work, school, etc.), they should come at a later time (not earlier!). This may involve a longer wait for their check-in.
▪︎ If an athlete competes in two divisions simultaneously, they will be checked-in together for both divisions during the hours designated for one of them. The choice of check-in time is then up to the athlete.
▪︎ Athletes who did not register online by Tuesday in the week of the competition by 20:00 will be processed only after check-in of all online registered athletes is completed.
▪︎ Entry fees for athletes not registered online are 20% higher than for those registered online, i.e. from standard fees.
