IFBB PRO athletes who wish to register for a contest must register through their IFBB PRO membership portal at: www.ifbbpromembership.com
DO NOT register on the contest website, e-mail or social media.
Contract Application deadline for any contest is the Monday prior to the contest at 3 PM Eastern Time. After this deadline, no new Contract Applications will be accepted, no classes will be permitted to be added, no classes will be permitted to be removed. In other words, no changes will be made to any Competitor List information or Contest data after the Contract Application deadline.

Dear Athletes,
The IFBB Pro League has developed a brand new method of contract signing and contest registration.
Moving forward, you will not need to email to request a contract be sent to you.
All contests will be listed in the new „Upcoming Contests” tab of your IFBB Pro Member Profile, within the Pro League membership system. Once you’ve selected a contest you would like to compete in, click „Register” and select your Division on the registration form.
After digitally signing your Athlete Competition Contract & Liability Release, your application is forwarded to the office for review.
If/when your application is approved, you will receive a registration confirmation email from Muscleware. If you require a copy of your signed contract, it can be found in the „My Contracts” tab of your Member Profile.
Please note that going forward all contracts will have a firm deadline date of the Monday of the week of the contest at 3pm EST and after that date no contracts will be available. You will not be able to register for a show after this time.

PRESENTATION – POSING ROUTINES MUSIC
All posing music (Men’s Classic Physique Pro athletes only) must be delivered only on a pendrive during the Pro Meeting on Friday. The posing music must also be in the main folder of a pendrive. Each competitor must put his name on the pendrive for easy identification. Posing music containing profane, vulgar and offensive language is strictly prohibited.

A visa is needed for person living permanently outside the European Union and outside the United Kingdom. People who are residents and permanently living in the European Union and in the United Kingdom do not need an invitation or a visa to come to Poland (Schengen zone).

[2] TANNING SERVICE ON-SITE
Tanning service performed by the company Sklepzawodnika.pl & ProTan Poland (a specialists that has been providing tanning service during competitions since 2008) will be available for the PRO athletes in backstage everyday from 8:00 am up to the end of the contest. We use tanning products of ProTan and JanTana (of your choice).
Professional Full Tanning Service including:
▪︎ two layers of tan (or more if you need)
▪︎ small color correction, oil-shine (as much as you need)
▪︎ final touch up.
▪︎ We recommend applying both layers of tan (base and top) on the day of the competition, several minutes apart and about 1-2 hours before going on stage.
The second layer of tan (top coat) is applied 10-20 minutes after the first layer (base coat). In this way, you will obtain a long-lasting, even, intense and „fresh” color (no discoloration or streaks).
▪︎ At the athlete’s request, we can apply the first tan layer (base coat) on Friday in the evening at the end of the NPC/IFBB PRO Athlete’s check-in or on Saturday in the evening at the end of the NPC athlete’s contest (day befor Pro Show), and the second tan layer (top coat) on the day of the Pro Show about 1-2 hours before going on stage.
▪︎ You can book the tanning service by ordering / booking on-line (red color link below, online payment) or during the Pro Meeting on Friday (payment only in cash EURO/PLN).
▪︎ Tanning service is located at the backstage from 8:00 to 21:00.

The second layer of tan (top coat) is applied 10-20 minutes after the first layer (base coat). In this way, you will obtain a long-lasting, even, intense and „fresh” color (no discoloration or streaks).
▪︎ At the athlete’s request, we can apply the first tan layer (base coat) on Friday in the evening at the end of the NPC/IFBB PRO Athlete’s check-in or on Saturday in the evening at the end of the NPC athlete’s contest (day befor Pro Show), and the second tan layer (top coat) on the day of the Pro Show about 1-2 hours before going on stage.

PARTICIPATION
IFBB PRO athletes who wish to register for a contest must register through their IFBB PRO membership portal at:

DO NOT register on the contest website, e-mail or social media.
Contract Application deadline for any contest is the Monday prior to the contest at 3 PM Eastern Time. After this deadline, no new Contract Applications will be accepted, no classes will be permitted to be added, no classes will be permitted to be removed. In other words, no changes will be made to any Competitor List information or Contest data after the Contract Application deadline.

REGISTRATION
Dear Athletes,
The IFBB Pro League has developed a brand new method of contract signing and contest registration.
Moving forward, you will not need to email to request a contract be sent to you.
All contests will be listed in the new „Upcoming Contests” tab of your IFBB Pro Member Profile, within the Pro League membership system. Once you’ve selected a contest you would like to compete in, click „Register” and select your Division on the registration form.
After digitally signing your Athlete Competition Contract & Liability Release, your application is forwarded to the office for review.
If/when your application is approved, you will receive a registration confirmation email from Muscleware. If you require a copy of your signed contract, it can be found in the „My Contracts” tab of your Member Profile.
Please note that going forward all contracts will have a firm deadline date of the Monday of the week of the contest at 3pm EST and after that date no contracts will be available. You will not be able to register for a show after this time.

POSING MUSIC
PRESENTATION – POSING ROUTINES MUSIC
All posing music (Men’s Bodybuilding Pro athletes) must be delivered only on a pendrive during the Pro Meeting on Friday. The posing music must also be in the main folder of a pendrive. Each competitor must put his name on the pendrive for easy identification. Posing music containing profane, vulgar and offensive language is strictly prohibited.

A visa is needed for person living permanently outside the European Union and outside the United Kingdom. People who are residents and permanently living in the European Union and in the United Kingdom do not need an invitation or a visa to come to Poland (Schengen zone).
